Producers often place products at farm stores, local retailers, markets, coolers, and partner locations while retaining ownership until the products sell. A spreadsheet can show a quantity, but it rarely stays connected to the exact packages and boxes that left your possession.
PurveyOS lets producers assign available packages and prebuilt boxes to a named outside location. Assigned items stop appearing as normal on-hand POS inventory, reducing the chance of selling the same inventory twice.

Reconcile what is physically there
At count time, enter what remains at the location. PurveyOS shows the difference without assuming every missing item was sold, then lets the producer classify the outcome accurately.
Items can be recorded as sold, returned, damaged, or missing so the inventory history reflects what actually happened.
Calculate commission and track what is owed
Each location can use a percentage commission, a fixed amount per sold item, or no commission. When sales are reconciled, PurveyOS separates gross sales, retailer commission, and producer proceeds.
The location account shows activity, the outstanding amount due to the producer, and payments already received.
