Local delivery from order to doorstep
Farm Delivery Route Planning Software | Routes and Driver Portal
Turn the orders scheduled for a delivery day into a route your team can review, assign, and run without copying customer addresses into a separate route spreadsheet.
PurveyOS connects eligible delivery orders to route optimization, a route map, driver assignments, mobile navigation handoff, payment context, and stop-by-stop results.

Turn delivery orders into an optimized route
Choose a delivery date, starting location, and the pending or ready delivery orders that belong on the route. PurveyOS validates that the selected orders have usable addresses before it builds the stop list.
The route workflow uses Google routing services to optimize the stop sequence and return a route map, total distance, and estimated drive time. Producers can review possible address matches, move stops manually, and refresh the route map after changing the order.
- Select orders for a delivery date
- Start from the farm, store, or another address
- Optionally return to the starting location
- Review map, mileage, drive estimate, and address warnings
Assign the route without giving drivers the full back office
A producer can leave a route assigned to the tenant or invite a driver by name and email. Assigned drivers receive access to a focused PurveyOS Driver dashboard rather than the producer’s complete operational workspace.
Drivers can sign in with a secure email link and create a password for future visits. Their dashboard separates upcoming routes from completed routes and shows the remaining stop count for active work.
- Invite and save delivery drivers
- Assign or reassign a planned route
- Show upcoming and completed route history
- Limit the driver view to assigned delivery work
Give the driver a practical stop-by-stop workspace
At each stop, the driver sees the customer, delivery address, route position, contact phone when available, and any supported payment collection context. The driver can hand navigation off to Google Maps or Apple Maps, choose another pending stop when the day changes, and record the result.
A stop can be marked delivered, skipped, or unable. Reporting an issue records the reason and leaves the remaining stops available. Completed routes remain visible as read-only delivery history.
- Open the destination in Google Maps or Apple Maps
- Call the customer from the stop view
- Mark delivered, skipped, or unable
- Record an issue reason for follow-up
What the route tool does not claim to be
PurveyOS plans routes and records driver progress. It does not currently advertise continuous GPS fleet tracking, an in-app turn-by-turn navigation engine, automated dispatch based on live traffic, photo proof of delivery, or signature capture.
Optimization and map generation depend on valid addresses and availability of the configured Google mapping services. Drivers still use their chosen maps application for live navigation.
Frequently asked questions
Does PurveyOS optimize the delivery stop order?
Yes. PurveyOS can use Google routing services to optimize eligible stops. The producer can review address warnings, manually reorder stops, and re-optimize the map.
Do drivers need access to the whole PurveyOS account?
No. Invited drivers use a focused driver dashboard for their assigned routes and stop work.
Does PurveyOS provide turn-by-turn navigation?
PurveyOS shows the route and stop details, then opens the selected destination in Google Maps or Apple Maps for navigation.
Can the driver report a failed delivery?
Yes. A driver can mark a stop unable and record the reason, or skip a stop while leaving the remaining deliveries available.
Does PurveyOS continuously track the driver’s GPS location?
No. The current workflow tracks route and stop status, not continuous driver location.
